Diving into the new set of songs, the three Wallows members explain how they feel the new project is a direct response to their 2022 effort Tell Me That It’s Over , with themes of heartbreak and infatuation weaved throughout the tracklist. Finally, they reminisce on covering The Strokes’ B-sides, paying homage to *NSYNC, and embodying the rock energy of T. Rex.
