As per the channel, the episode will be live-streamed on the Mnet K-pop channel. So, fans will learn about the elimination results simultaneously with the live audience.

Before the semi-final, Mnet released a special episode of the 12 I-Landers enjoying their days. The best friend trio—Jeemin, Saebi, and Jiyoon—talked about things they wanted to do. They decided to enjoy Tteokbokki before the stress of the semi-final arrived.

Mnet I-Land 2 semi final preview & elimination: How many contestants will go home?

Per the Mnet I-Land 2 semi-final preview, the 12 contestants will be assigned a new task before heading to the elimination. In the next mission, two teams will compete against each other. The trailer hints that Jeemin will be on the same team as Fuko, Saebi, Sarang, Gyuri, and Mai. The team would likely perform SNSD’s “Into The World.”

On the other team, Jiyoon, Sujung, Jungeun, Juwon, Koko, and Yuju will compete to secure their place in the finale. After the mission, two contestants will say goodbye to the show right before the penultimate episode.
