The Bold and the Beautiful fans were left "really confused" by the newly introduced Poppy and Tom mystery but know it "can't be good."
During Wednesday afternoon's episode, fans were left puzzled as Tom paid a surprise visit to Poppy's doorstep after hunting down her address in his boss's phone book at work. When Tom let himself into Poppy's home he mysteriously says to her: "I haven't forgotten about you and I know you haven't forgotten about me" leaving viewers reeling for answers.
And while Tom didn't reveal his connection to Poppy during their interaction, Poppy seemed overly upset by his presence as she threatened to call the police and rushed to have him leave as soon as Luna entered the room. When Luna pressed for answers as to why Tom was inside their living room, Poppy lied and said that she ordered a pizza and he was there to drop it off.

After the shock visit, fans took to X, formerly Twitter, to share their predictions with many believing that he could be Luna's "real father" or the drug dealer who previously supplied Poppy with her mint pills. One fan wrote: "Poppy and Tom definitely have a history I'm guessing it can't be good because Poppy would have introduced him to Bill and Luna."
During the episode Tom was given a second shot at his dreams as Sheila and Deacon offered him the chance to play a gig at their pizza restaurant after they found him homeless on the streets. And as it was revealed Tom was a singer, some fans believe that he could be Luna's real biological father instead of Bill because Poppy previously said that she shared a "special night" with a musician at a festival back in the day.
One viewer wrote: "Wait, wait , wait If Tom is performing tonight then does that mean the music festival Poppy slept with Bill she not only slept with him but Tom the musician? #BoldandBeautiful Man, what are those Happy pills Poppy takes Molly? Quaaludes? What?" And another added: "Okay so the whole point of Li doing the test is so that it wouldn't be tampered when I'm getting really confused here." And a third said: "I don't believe Bill is Luna's father at all now like i did before. I have a feeling that Tom is Luna's father & Poppy don't want her to know the truth!!"
Others had a different take believing that Tom could've been the drug dealer that previously supplied her with her mint pills that accidentally drugged her daughter Luna. One viewer guessed: "Tom is Poppy's pill pusher?" And another added: "Could it be possible that Tom is the one that's selling poppy her mints." And someone else agreed: "I think Tom is Poppy’s old 'mint' dealer."
