“The fire ultimately destroyed a significant amount of hay and multiple trailers, but no structures were lost,” the sheriff’s office said.

Numerous agencies responded to assist with the incident, and deputies from the WCSO conducted a drone mission.

The drone helped with “video overlook” and the drone also used thermal imaging to assist crews with fighting the blaze, the WCSO said.

“Our drone team is an asset to the sheriff’s office, allied agencies, and the community,” the sheriff’s office said.

The sheriff’s office expressed gratitude to all the personnel who responded to help fight the blaze.
