Katy Perry’s outfit at Paris Fashion Week this year sparked a reaction on social media that has her fans connecting over their unfavorable opinions of the daring ensemble.
This Wednesday the California Gurls songstress went to Balenciaga’s Fall 2024 Haute Couture Runway Show where she donned an oversized fur coat that she kept open to reveal her naked chest. To complement her sunkissed bare skin Katy wore low-waisted, black ripped leggings for her bottoms. Katy styled her hair in a slicked-back long braided ponytail, accessorizing with big dark sunglasses. Her overall look was slightly on the chaotic side; however, her toned abs and lean chiseled frame distracted from her outfit or lack thereof.
While Katy’s figure can be credited to a healthy diet and exercise, some speculate that other methods might be responsible for her slimness.

“[Katy’s] on Ozempic right? Can't just be me,” one asked on Reddit. On X, formerly Twitter, more fans just shaded her for what she wore opposed to theorizing about how she achieved her fit physique.
“She looks a mess,” one X user claimed, and another wrote, “Mmmmm…. No.” A third person added: “No this ain’t stunning. Not giving at all.” Meanwhile, someone else joked, “I love how she’s okay looking a mess.”
Among the people criticizing her Paris Fashion Week outfit, there were plenty on the social media platform who thought her look was stylish.
“Every single day I wake up wondering what Katy Perry is going to serve and she just never disappoints,” a fan praised on X. Another complimented Katy for wearing “fabulous fashion.”
Katy has been letting more of her skin show as of late. She dropped jaws at the Vogue World Paris runway a few days ago when she flaunted her body in an audacious ensemble. The ex-American Idol judge strutted down the celebrity-filled catwalk in a black geometric cut-out dress.
The lower part of the cut-out dress was covered in nude and black rose embellishments. At the time, fans raved over Katy’s Vogue look on X.
