    Here's a list of firework shows happening in Tulare County

    Time to get your red, white and blue gear out! Independence Day is a few short days away.

    Here is a round up of all the festivities taking place around Tulare County.

    Exeter

    Exeter Lions Club Independence Celebration will be held on Wednesday, July 3 at Dobson Field on Rocky Hill Drive.

    Vendors open at 5:30 p.m. The fireworks and drone show starts at 9 p.m.

    There will be live music from The Band August.

    This event is sponsored and supported by Lions International, Visalia Easts, The Band August and Skye Dreams.

    Porterville

    The Freedom Fest will be held at the Porterville Sports Complex on Saturday, June 29.

    The festival boasts a variety of local food and craft vendors, a spray zone and more. The finale to the evening is the fireworks display.

    The cost of admission is per carload. Gates open at 3 and close at 8:45 p.m. There is no re-entry.

    General parking is $15 in advance and $20 day of (cash only). Preferred Parking is $30 for a spot in the paved parking lot at the sports complex and limited to three passes per purchase.

    Tulare

    The Kiwanis Club of Tulare will host the 57th Annual Firework Extravaganza on Wednesday, July 3 at the Tulare County Fairgrounds.

    The gates open at 6 p.m.

    Admission is $5, and children under five are free with paid adult admission. Parking is free, and VIP parking is available for $5.

    The evening includes face painting, activities for kids, a magic show, live music and food, and the firework show at dusk.

    Visalia

    The city of Visalia, Valley Air District and Momentum Broadcasting are offering two free drone shows at Riverway Sports Park on July 3.

    The drone shows will be provided by Skyrunner Drone Light Shows. There will also be live country music by Annie Bosko.

    The event runs from 6 to 10:30 p.m. and is free for everyone.

    Woodlake

    Kiwanis Club of Woodlake is hosting the July 3rd Blast from 5 to 10 p.m. at Woodlake City Park.

    Music, food, a kid’s patriotic parade, horseshoe tournament and fireworks show are all part of the free event. Pre-register for the horseshoe tournament with the city of Woodlake.
