Former WWE star 2 Cold Scorpio (Charles Scaggs) has been pulled from DDT Pro Wrestling shows after he was recently arrested.

DDT Pro Wrestling announced that Scaggs had to delay his visit to Japan where he was scheduled to compete at DDT and Game Changer Wrestling events from August 12-14. His appearance has been postponed due to the legal troubles after what transpired in the US. DDT Pro Wrestling also apologized to the fans who were looking forward to 2 Cold Scorpio's match. The statement read:

“2 Cold Scorpio was scheduled to participate in the Korakuen Hall tournament on August 12th and the Shinjuku FACE tournament hosted by GCW on August 13th & 14th, but due to trouble that occurred in America, he had to postpone his visit to Japan. Ta. 2. We deeply apologize to everyone who was looking forward to Cold Scorpio's match.”

The former WCW star allegedly stabbed a man at a gas station and it transpired at a Love's Travel Stop in Kansas City, Missouri. Scorpio had an argument with a customer at the gas station around 3:40 am and the situation escalated quickly.

2 Cold Scorpio said that he was working as a security guard at the store and he told the man to stop smoking inside. They soon moved outside while arguing and the former pro wrestler pulled out a knife. 2 Cold Scorpio told the cops that he acted in self-defense and stabbed the man as he allegedly tried to attack Scaggs in the parking lot. However, the victim said Scorpio was the first to attack him.

Scorpio was arrested on June 15 and he is facing a first-degree assault charge as well as one count of armed criminal action. Scaggs pleaded not guilty to these charges and he is due in court next month.
