The worlds of fashion and motor racing continue to cross over.
Ksubi and NBA Vet Patty Mills Link Up for a Workwear Capsule Collection
Levi’s and British motor racing team McLaren Racing are joining forces for the first time.
On July 3, the heritage denim brand will launch the Levi’s x McLaren Racing collection, a line of jeans, jackets, jumpsuits and more that are inspired by the spirit of the Formula 1 team’s past eras.
A light wash Racing Suit with a slight drop crotch and a roomy fit with a straight leg anchors the collection. The unisex one-piece features vintage inspired patches, a crackle print down the right leg, co-branded patch and has a veg tan leather zipper that pulls down at the front center.
A cropped Racing Jacket has a boxy fit and a chain stitch embroidery logo on the back and twill taping at cuff and hem. The light wash jacket comes with a satin liner and an embossed veg tan leather co-branded patch.

Patches also decorate the Heritage Trucker jacket, a medium wash jacket with pintucks at the elbows and a center-front zipper backed by red tape. The jacket’s red co-branded back patch references the ’80s McLaren classic car. The Heritage 501 Jean features a Levi’s first by replace the left back pocket with a shadow pocket.
The collection also includes perforated Italian leather racing gloves based on archival McLaren Racing graphic vintage posters. The three-tone gloves use a Levi’s shank for the snap closure and displays an embroidered signature of McLaren Racing founder Bruce McLaren and a debossed McLaren logo.
A T-shirt showcases an ’80s era McLaren race car and a bandana reinterprets Levi’s western motifs with ’80s McLaren graphics.
The collection will be available on Levi.com, the Levi’s app, and in select Levi’s stores. Its launch coincides with the British Grand Prix which takes place on July 7 at Silverstone Circuit.
