Urgent hunt for missing schoolgirl, 13, who vanished more than 24 hours ago as cops say they’re ‘very concerned’

POLICE are urgently searching for a 13-year-old schoolgirl who has been missing for more than 24 hours.

Aimee was last seen yesterday afternoon at 3pm on Burghley Close in Bury.

Aimee is described as being a white female, around 5ft tall and is of slim build.

Greater Manchester Police say she was last seen wearing her school uniform which consists of dark blue trousers, a white blouse, a blue blazer and black school shoes.

Cops have also issued the most recent photo of Aimee which shows her walking at 5pm yesterday in dark leggings and a grey t-shirt.

Officers are concerned and want to make sure she is safe and well.
