Draya Michele suing Jets QB Tyrod Taylor over ‘surprise’ eviction as breakup turns messy

Draya Michele is blitzing her ex-boyfriend, Jets quarterback Tyrod Taylor.

The 39-year-old model is suing Taylor, 34, for breach of contract under claims that he broke a verbal agreement between the pair while they were dating to sell her a home, which he purchased in Los Angeles in August 2022, according to TMZ , which cited court documents.

Michele alleges in the lawsuit that Taylor “surprisingly” threatened to evict her recently from the home, where she lives with her kids.

Taylor and Michele are said to have started dating in 2020, and they called it quits sometime last year.

Michele said in the lawsuit that she agreed to pay Taylor $3.2 million for the home in January 2024 — after Taylor countered her original offer of $2.8 million.

The actress then claimed she put $300,000 into the home with the understanding that that money would go toward the price ($3.2 million) she agreed to pay for the property.

In the lawsuit, Michele stated the pair verbally agreed to terms that any contributions she made to the property, such as home improvements or mortgage payments, would go toward the price of the home, whenever she decided to purchase it from Taylor.

However, Michele stated Taylor is now refusing to sell her the home, and threatened to evict her, per the lawsuit.

Michele, who is seeking unspecified damages, said in the court documents that the verbal agreement was established while they were still dating.

She is suing Taylor for breach of contract, among other things, which TMZ did not specify in the report.

Taylor and Michele were doing long-distance as she is based in Los Angeles and he’s been in New York since the 2022-23 season with the Giants.

Taylor appeared in 11 games with five starts for the Giants in the 2023-24 season — and passed for 1,341 yards, five touchdowns, and three interceptions.

He signed a two-year deal with the Jets in March.

The Mint Swim founder is currently dating 22-year-old Rockets guard Jalen Green, whom she welcomed a daughter with last month.
