1,000 power outages reported in Marlboro County, map shows

MARLBORO COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — About 1,000 Duke Energy customers are without power Thursday afternoon in Marlboro County, the utility’s outage map shows.

About 1,000 customers are without power in the McColl area of Marlboro County, according to the outage map. 750 were previously without power in Scotland County in an area west of Laurinburg.

The Marlboro County outages are expected to be restored by about 4:15 p.m.
