Michael J Fox has been spotted out and about with friends and seemed to be in good spirits as he was pushed in a wheelchair.

The Back to the Future actor, 63, was seen flashing a peace sign to fans as he spent time at the Chiltern Firehouse in London . Michael kept things casual and wore a pair of dark blue jeans and a red shirt with a paisley pattern on it.

He added a stylish brown jacket to his look and opted for a pair of light blue sneakers. Michael was seen chatting with fans as he left the luxury hotel while being pushed in his wheelchair amid his battle with Parkinson's disease.

The outing comes just four months after he was overcome with emotion when receiving a standing ovation at the 2024 BAFTAs. The actor presented the award for the Best Film and was met with cheers from the crowd as he stood up out of his wheelchair to give the award to the Oppenheimer cast.

Michael was supported by his wife Tracy Pollan, who watched on from the audience. Before announcing the winner of the award, Michael delivered a very poignant speech.

He said: "Thank you very much. Five films are nominated in this category tonight. All five have something in common. They are the best at what we do. No matter who you are or where you're from, these films can bring us together.

At the premiere of his documentary Still: The Michael J Fox Movie, the actor gushed over his wife. He said: "Any good in our family, anything good that we do, comes from her."

Tracy added that she believes the secret to their long-standing marriage is mutual respect as she revealed: "I think we really listen to each other. We are there for each other when we need each other.

"And then we also give each other space when that's needed. Just feeling off of what's needed at the moment and trying to be there."
