    Lizzy Musi passed away after a long battle with stage 4 breast cancer.

    Her father Pat wrote a heartbreaking post on Facebook announcing her death. He wrote, “Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven… Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle.” Pat requested fans for privacy, saying, “The family would like to have time to process, grief and make arrangements in peace. We will give an update as soon as we have information to share.”

    Additionally, he also shared a snap of Musi sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

    Lizzy Musi revealed her cancer diagnosis to fans in 2023. She revealed in a video, “I got my phone call from the doctor, and I knew it was going to be more serious than I thought because it was coming from him. He told me that what they found was definitely cancer…It’s pretty much one of the fastest and most aggressive breast cancers that you can have.”

    Musi revealed she grew suspicions about what happened to her after spotting a lump that rapidly grew in size in a few months. As per Drag Illustrated, she shared the last update about her treatment in May 2024 when she announced a break from Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings.

    Talking about her treatment in May, Musi shared, “I’ve kind of tried everything here [in the U.S.], and I’ve researched the doctor and treatment in Germany that can isolate my liver and treat it.”
