Vera Wang shared an adorable throwback snap in honor of her birthday.

The iconic fashion designer - who celebrated her 75th birthday on Thursday - treated fans to a stunning black and white photo of her when she was just seven years old. The image showed a young Vera grinning for the camera, posing in a cute checkered dress.

Captioning the Instagram post - which the mom of two posted the day before her birthday - Vera wrote: “CIRCA 1956. Just me. TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY AND ALL THROUGH THE HOUSE….”, along with a goofy emoji. She later added a comment, describing herself as “a bit of a tomboy”.

As fans rushed to send Vera birthday wishes, many were left amazed by the star’s timeless beauty. One wrote: “Your face looks the same at 75, omg,” while another agreed: “You haven’t aged a bit!”

On the day of her milestone birthday, the trendsetting queen shared a short video from when she won the Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award. Vera won the prestigious prize for her "consistent, creative influence on fashion” in 2013.

Describing receiving the award as one of her most “treasured moments”, Vera wrote: “In celebration of my 75th birthday, one of the most treasured moments of my 55 years in fashion and 35 years in business. Thank you @cfda for this unforgettable honor.”

The star has previously opened up about how turning 75 feels like “a lot of pressure”. Speaking to PEOPLE back in April, Vera revealed how she felt about growing older and that she believed her best work is still to come.

Comparing herself to the late Queen Elizabeth II - who reigned the British monarchy until she was 96 - and 93-year-old billionaire investor Warren Buffet, Vera vowed to keep working into her old age. The former Vogue fashion editor said: “I'm just going to keep prodding on because I feel as though I'm able to do my best work more and more. I'm really trying to respect that in me, that voice in me, that I feel very happy to be creating. That's what it's all about, really.”
