‘And Just Like That…’ Adds 3 New Men to the Cast, Elevates 2 Other Actors to Series Regulars

When the cast of And Just Like That… returned to the set to film season 3 in May, the group seemed smaller. Ahead of filming, both Sara Ramirez and Karen Pittman left the series . The cast isn’t staying smaller, though. Three new guest stars have been announced, and two recurring characters will play a much larger role when season 3 finally premieres.
‘And Just Like That…’ adds three new guest stars to its cast
The cast of And Just Like That… is growing by three. While Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis have been busy filming for over a month, new cast additions are still trickling out. Back in May, we learned that Rosie O’Donnell would appear in the series. Jenifer Lewis and Charisma Carpenter were spotted on the set earlier this month. While the production team hasn’t confirmed Lewis or Carpenter’s involvement, they have released details about three men who will appear in recurring roles.

According to Entertainment Weekly , Mehcad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, and Logan Marshall-Green will all appear in season 3 of the reboot in recurring guest roles. Brooks is best known for his role in Desperate Housewives . Fans might recognize Cake for his part in Stargirl .

Logan Marshall-Green portrayed Travis in Big Sky and Trey in The O.C. Max has yet to release their character names or how they will factor into the upcoming season. Still, Entertainment Weekly theorizes that they could be love interests for Carrie Bradshaw. Despite the potential of new love interests, Aidan Shaw will still be in Carrie’s life.
Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells will return in larger roles in season 3
And Just Like That… fans don’t just have new characters to look forward to when season 3 premieres in 2025. They’ll also be seeing more of Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells. According to The Hollywood Reporter , both actors have been elevated from guest stars to series regulars.

Pigazzi portrayed Anthony Marantino’s love interest , Giuseppe, in season 2 of the reboot. Wells took on the role of Joy, an associate of Miranda Hobbes. While it’s unclear what Wells’ role in season 3 will be, rumors suggest she could be Miranda’s newest love interest after her ill-fated relationship with Che Diaz ended.
When will season 3 premiere?
While the cast of And Just Like That… are hard at work filming the series on the streets of New York City right now, fans still have a bit of a wait to see how it all turns out. Max has yet to give season 3 an official premiere date. The streaming service provider did say fans can expect the upcoming season to be released in 2025.

While there is no official release date yet, insiders have theorized that season 3 of the reboot will likely premiere on Max in the first part of 2025 . Season 1 premiered in December 2021, with season 2 dropping weekly episodes starting in June 2023. Considering the previous seasons’ release dates, January 2025 feels like a safe prediction for a premiere date.
