STOCKTON — The San Joaquin County Mosquito and Vector Control District has found the first collection of mosquitoes infected with West Nile virus this year.

The district said the mosquitoes were found in the 95207 and 95219 ZIP codes, the former of which encompasses Stockton’s Lincoln Village area. The latter includes much of the San Joaquin Delta area.
