ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. ( WKRG ) — The funeral and burial processions of Escambia County Fire Rescue Firefighter James Clay Brown Jr. were held this morning at True Worship Assembly of God.

Brown was described by his family as someone who always brought love and light.

“He’s always been known to be a selfless guy, extremely selfless. He always wanted to serve the community, make the community a better place,” said Joesph Belanger, long-time friend of Brown. “It’s definitely going to be a great loss.”
