Despite the beauty of the look, Cantley advises against following this interior design trend too closely. She says: 'Using gold hardware is a personal choice, and people should not feel like they need to include brass because of its popularity. Use what you love.' To figure out your personal preference for recreating the look, Cantley recommends, 'I usually look at a client’s jewelry and immediately know their preferences on hardware.'
