Taylor Swift's 'huge surprise' for young fan during Irish Eras Tour gig in Dublin

Taylor Swift made a young fan's dreams come true during the first night of her three sold-out Eras Tour shows, as she gifted her iconic bowler hat during a performance of 22.

Thousands of Swifties flocked to the Aviva Stadium on Friday night to watch Swift perform an unforgettable set of songs from her extensive discography. The massive concert kicked off with an opening set from pop-punk legends Paramore, whose lead singer Haley Williams sported a Cranberries T-shirt.

The night was filled with surprises, with Taylor sending her Irish fans into a frenzy when dancer Kam Saunders shouted ' pog mo thoin ' to cheers from Swifties, and one lucky little girl was stunned when the superstar shared a once-in-a-lifetime moment with her.

While performing her hit single 22, from her renowned fourth studio album Red, superstar Swift was donning a black bowler hat and a white T-shirt with the words "I bet you think about me".

The hat, similar to the one Taylor wore in the music video for 22, has become a symbol of the song - and her live shows, during which the star always gifts her hat to a young fan, reports the Irish Mirror .

During her first night at the Aviva, the star amazed a young Swiftie who was enthusiastically singing and waving along in the crowd, wearing red sunglasses and a T-shirt that read: "a lot going on at the moment."

In a moment that surely made the young fan's night, week, and perhaps even life, Taylor knelt down and hugged the fan before placing the hat on her head and giving her a high five. The young fan looked visibly stunned as the superstar handed her the hat, before resuming her performance on stage.
