After several delays, Kinetic Games announced that Phasmophobia will finally launch for consoles specifically for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PSVR2 in early access this October. Once launched, all players will have access to cross-play, “allowing you to play the newest version of the game with everyone”. Additionally, the developer announced that it will increase the price of Phasmophobia on all platforms later this year to $19.99, “due to the amount of content and playtime added since the start of early access.” All platforms will be on the current major version, 0.10 at the console release. Phasmophobia first launched for PC via Steam September 18, 2020.

In a report from MP1st, a new image from Bioshock 4 was released by an anonymous 2K Visual Effects Artist. The image is reportedly from an early demo build of the game that was featured in a 2021 showcase reel and is seemingly codenamed “Parkside”. The image shows a first look of a Shotgun called the Ricochet Shotgun, the UI also shows that the game may have three weapon slots, along with a return of abilities but no meters for Plasmid or Vigor, seen in other games. An Hourglass and stopwatch symbols on the UI also suggest that the player may give some time-based abilities. According to older reports, the game takes place in a 1960s Antarctic city called Borealis.
