Precious Bulldog Waits by Fence Each Day for Neighbors To Shower Him With Attention

My dog is the kind who is not shy at all around strangers — if she meets a new person, she automatically assumes that they are going to like her (which is an approach we should all adopt). That means she's also not afraid of demanding pets from anyone who might be in the area, because who wouldn't want to pet an adorable dog? And once she's established that relationship, she will simply keep coming back, begging for more and more attention.

It looks like she's in good company with the dog in this TikTok video. A fence might separate his yard from his neighbor's yard, but that doesn't stop him for demanding the attention he deserves... even if it happens to be a bit early in the morning.

On Friday, June 28, @garythebulldog2 shared this video of an English Bulldog named Gary (as you might have guessed from the username). Here, we can see him sitting in front of a hole in the fence, just hoping that someone will come out and acknowledge him.

"It's 8 a.m. and he's barking for the neighbors to come and fuss him," his mom wrote in the video.

They never came, but he just wasn't willing to give it up, and the look he gives when he turns around to see his mom is just so sad. Someone come pet this dog, please!

There are many volunteers to do just that in the comments. One person wrote, "if Gary lived next door, I'd be outside all the time. I'd never get anything done!"

It's hard to imagine how anyone could do anything but hang out with a dog this cute. What were his neighbors doing that could possibly be more important than showering Gary with love?

Gary's been a bit lonely lately, as we can see by this video of him sitting by the fence just earlier this week. His mom mentioned getting him a brother or sister soon in the caption, so maybe he won't be lonely for much longer!
