HBO Max’s new TV and movie releases for July 1-7 2024 include the DC movies Batman: The Long Halloween Parts 1 and 2, Batman and Harley Quinn, and Black Adam.
On July 1, viewers can catch four DC movies. Three of them are animated features based on Batman and the other is the live-action blockbuster Black Adam. The Batman animated movies coming out are Batman: The Long Halloween Parts 1 and 2 and Batman and Harley Quinn.
The former two movies are based on the popular comic Batman: The Long Halloween and the latter is an animated movie that sees Batman and Harley Quinn team up to stop a global threat posed by Poison Ivy and Floronic Man. Black Adam is a live-action film based around the DC character of the same name, who is played by Dwayne Johnson in the movie. The film sees the ancient anti-hero awakened in the modern day only to become a problem for the heroes of the Justice Society.
Also coming out on HBO Max this week are seven Saw movies. Saw is a horror franchise that primarily follows masked serial killer John “Jigsaw” Kramer and his various plans to torture different people through a series of games that test their drive to live.
