Chris Bassitt got a welcome gift from Aaron Judge.

Or, maybe more clearly, a second right elbow.

On Saturday during the Yankees’ third game against the Blue Jays during their four-game series in Toronto, things started hot when Judge, on a 2-0 count, rifled a 101.6 mph line drive right at Bassitt.

The crowd reacted loudly at Rogers Centre as the ball deflected off the right-hander’s arm and bounced toward first baseman Justin Turner as Judge ran safely into first base.

On replays of the liner, the ball can be heard hitting Bassitt hard, and an immediate welt grew on his right elbow.

However, he stayed in the game.

The incident didn’t cause any damage — outside of the welt on Bassitt’s elbow — to the Blue Jays during the innings.

After Judge, Alex Verdugo struck out, and during Gleyber Torres’ at-bat, Ben Rice was caught stealing by catcher Alejandro Kirk at third base to end the frame.

The Blue Jays took a 3-1 lead into the sixth inning.

The Yankees (53-31) will be looking for a win to help them inch out of their June swoon that’s included a two-game sweep by the Mets during the Subway Series .
