It’s one hour until the Fourth of July cookout, and you just realized you forgot the hot dog buns. It feels like a star-spangled emergency.

Even better, many of these stores run big deals over the holiday weekend. Here are 15 of the country’s biggest grocery stores that are open on the Fourth of July — and one that is not.

1. Kroger

Plan on stopping by Kroger? Stores across the country will be open during their regular business hours.

Those hours vary by location, so check with your local store. But odds are you will be able to make a last-minute Kroger run and hopefully save money on groceries you need for your holiday blowout.

2. Publix
