Nico Ali Walsh, the grandson of boxing legend Muhammad Ali, avenged the only loss of his professional boxing career and shut down Jake Paul on the same night.

After earning a unanimous decision victory over Sona Akale, Ali Walsh (11-1) revealed that he had been offered a multimillion-dollar fight with the famous boxer and YouTube personality.

He claimed that he turned the fight down because he wasn't interested in "circus league" boxing.

"I just want to let everyone know that I chose the path of boxing. I chose the path of legacy,” Walsh said. “If I wanted to, I could be a millionaire right now. Before this fight, I denied a multimillion-dollar contract from MVP promotions to fight Jake Paul, and I'm fighting a real fighter tonight.”

He added: "I'm not a part of that circus league of boxing. This is the real league of boxing, and this is what I'm going to do."

Paul is known for boxing undersized opponents or older MMA fighters. Granted, he has come a long way in his skill compared to when he first started.

Many have wondered how he'd fare against real boxers in his weight class. He's amassed a 9-1 record with his lone loss being a split-decision defeat at the hands of Tommy Fury, the younger brother of heavyweight great Tyson Fury.

Paul was originally slated to fight 58-year-old boxing legend Mike Tyson in July, but the bout was rescheduled to Nov. 15 after Tyson had an ulcer flare-up.

He'll also be fighting former UFC fighter Mike Perry on July 20, his original date for the Tyson bout.

Ali Walsh has chosen to take the traditional route by climbing the ranks of boxing and taking on real competitors in an effort to make a real name for himself.

He wears the Ali name proudly, and it's an admirable path to take for a 23-year-old with the blood of arguably the greatest boxer of all time running through his veins.
