I always look forward to taco night as it's a fun and flavorful way to enjoy dinner. Although I have my go-to taco filling options, this Ginger-Lime Steak recipe will definitely be added to that list. Boneless beef sirloin gets infused with fragrant flavors thanks to a citrus-ginger marinade. Once grilled and rested, the tender steak is piled onto flour tortillas alongside cucumbers, sweet chili sauce and other ingredients. It’s an Asian-inspired spin on classic beef tacos that will wow your dinner crowd!

The great part about this recipe is that it can be tweaked to suit your needs. If you’re not a fan of steak, use chicken breasts or shrimp instead. You can also substitute corn tortillas for flour to add an earthy flavor to each bite. Share your thoughts on these tacos with a twist!
