Nothing says “welcome to the parking lot” like a delicious flatbread competition. Host Alex Guarnaschelli has the four chefs forage the lot for ingredients. Then, it’s off to the fryers to crisp a little something before the final two spice things up.

Disco: Soundtrack of a Revolution

KOPB 9 p.m.

“Stayin’ Alive” may have been an anthem for the ages when it was released in 1977. However, within a couple of years, the end was near as oversaturation and crass commercialization began to drive anti-disco sentiment to new heights in this series finale.
