The end of the Civil Rights Movement was a turning point that marked the beginning of a new era for the African American people. However, one cannot forget how several public spaces were off-limits for Blacks back in the early to mid-1900s. Leveraging this aspect, a Black virtual artist and photographer, Omar Victor Diop, from Senegal teamed with British photographer Lee Shulman to reimagine the history, as reported by CNN.
