Hailey Bieber is attempting to beat the summer heat, one genius pregnancy hack at a time.

The glowing, soon-to-be mother gifted her pregnant followers a very useful tip via her Instagram story on Sunday (June 30), and it's too good not to share!

"If you're pregnant in this heat...Trust me, feet + legs in the ice bath or cold plunge." She finished the caption with a series of "🤌🏻" emojis to express just how successful the summer pregnancy hack is.

The Rhode Skin founder, along with husband Justin Bieber , announced that they were expecting their first child togethe r in May as part of an adorable carousel of photos commemorating their vow renewal in Hawaii. Hailey has since been extremely candid with fans and followers regarding weird pregnancy cravings and painful symptoms she's experienced thus far.

Just last week, the lovebirds stepped out for a date night in New York City amid a Rhode Skin promotional event where the 27-year-old model was seen in stunning, form-fitting attire that perfectly accentuated her growing bump . A due date and name has yet to be revealed as the pair (and the rest of the world) await the blessed arrival of baby Bieber.
