Dustin Poirier has taken to social media to mock Conor McGregor amid speculation over a possible fourth fight.

There's no love lost between the two men, who have already met three times in the octagon.

McGregor won the first fight via knockout but the suffered the first KO defeat of his career to the Diamond in 2021.

Their trilogy bout in 2021 came to an abrupt end when McGregor broke his leg at the end of the first round and the Irishman has not fought since.

McGregor was booked to make his long-awaited return against Michael Chandler this past Saturday but the fight was cancelled after the Notorious broke his toe in training weeks before.

The bout is set to be rescheduled for the coming months and McGregor has stated his intention to have multiple fights in a short period of time.

Poirier could well be on the horizon after Chandler and he took to Twitter to poke fun at his old rival on Monday.

Posting on X, he wrote: 'hey @TheNotoriousMMA it felt so nice, I did it twice.'

Poirier then shared a photo of McGregor out cold at the end of their second fight with the hashtag #sleepymac.
