The recent release of Clipped‘s first season on FX on Hulu, has fans asking if a Clipped Season 2 will happen. Fans are also asking whether a release date has been set for it, and if it will be coming out. Clipped is a drama series that is based on ESPN’s 30 for 30 podcast The Sterling Affairs, which chronicles the career of Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling and how his career dipped after private recordings of his racist comments were made public.

Here’s all we know about the Clipped Season 2 release date and whether or not it’s coming out.

Is there a Clipped Season 2 release date?

There is no Clipped Season 2 release date as it is unlikely to happen, because of the new series’ billing as a miniseries.

Upon release, Clipped was billed as a miniseries or limited series. A miniseries is a type of series that tells its story in just one season with a limited run of episodes. As such, this effectively eliminates the possibility of a Clipped Season 2 happening.

Furthermore, It remains to be seen whether the situation around Clipped changes, and it does indeed get a Season 2. ComingSoon will provide updates about a Clipped Season 2’s possibility and the situation around it if anything changes.

Why Clipped Season 2 isn’t happening?

Clipped Season 2 isn’t coming out. This is because, it was billed as a miniseries which tells the story in a limited run of episodes.
