Fans Are 'Seeing Double' as Dolly Parton Shares Rare Photos With Sister Rachel

Dolly Parton seems to always have a fun project going on, and her next venture is particularly special, as she is releasing a cookbook with her younger sister, Rachel Parton George .

Teasing the new project, Dolly shared a rare photo on Instagram of the two together, hanging out and eating some tasty food in complementary white and light blue outfits.

A second snap included in the post showed Dolly standing in front of a car, wearing a green top with a butterfly and dragonfly patched on. In front of her, Rachel stood wearing camo pants, a green shirt and a denim jacket.

"The best part of creating this cookbook is getting to spend quality time with my sister Rachel ❤️ We can’t wait to share our recipes with you all, pre-order now at the link in my bio!" wrote Dolly.

Fans couldn't deny the uncanny resemblance between the sisters, amplified by their matching bright blonde hair.

"Twin beauties," a fan complimented the sisters, as more said, "Beauty definitely runs in the family!" and "I had to do a double take!! Seeing double has never been so BEAUTIFUL!!"

More fans shared appreciation for Dolly and her sister, with their bond inspiring a few to connect with their own siblings through cooking. One even suggested, "Possible sister cooking show in the future… please!!🩷."

The upcoming book is called Good Lookin' Cookin': A Year of Meals , and it's expected to hit shelves on Sept. 17, 2024. It will include a year full of recipes, including some featured at special family holiday meals for Dolly and Rachel.

Dolly shared the news of the cookbook on social media in March, writing in the caption, "If you’re like us, you believe that good food and good times are the next best thing to pure love. So take a journey with us, into the kitchen." She included some photos of recipes featured in the book, and fans were already hyped for the release.
