While we do love the layout of this one, we do have to agree with one of the people who commented on @emilywalczak.realtor's post when they said that the home is giving more Brady Bunch than MCM. That being said, we really do love all of the bright light, wooden finishes, and of course, natural textures.

One thing that all of the MCM homes we've seen lately have in common is their astonishing price tag. That puts they way out of reach for most people, but that also makes them extra fun to look at since these videos are literally as close as we're ever likely to get to being inside of a property like this.

Unlike a lot of other uber charming MCM listings we've seen that have all their original decor and features, this one definitely looks like it needs some TLC to bring it back to its former glory. That being said, we wouldn't say no to buying this place if we had a cool million set aside for such an expense (and of course, the extra cash on hand we'd need to get it up to snuff).

But still, anyone would be lucky to call this dreamy location home, since it's set back far enough off the road that it makes you feel like you're in another world while you're enjoying the signs and sounds of the woods from both inside and outside your home.
