    New details in death investigation where man was ran over in Lancaster County

    LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– New details have been released regarding a man who was found dead in a driveway after a vehicle ran him over last month in Lancaster County.

    According to the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office, Jason Lutz’s, 44, of Kirkwood, death was determined to be from multiple traumatic injuries and acute drug intoxication was listed as a contributing factor.

    The manner of Lutz’s death was ruled accidental, a news release says. An autopsy was performed on June 21.

    The coroner’s office was called to the area of 7 S Belmont Road in Paradise Township after 6 a.m., on Wednesday, June 19, where Lutz was found lying in a driveway near a parking area for an office building. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

    A news release from State Police said he was run over by a commercial vehicle before midnight the day before he was found.
