Ali Fazal, who plays Guddu Pandit, recently shed some light on what fans can expect in The Free Press Journal’s exclusive interview. When asked about surprises in the new season, Fazal responded , “This time the show has taken the different route, its tight, more drama, interestingly, we have introduced hand combat.” However, that’s not all; the actor further revealed there might be changes in the Mirzapur season 3 cast. “We lose some important characters, we gain some new characters. I underwent a different kind of preparation which was fun,” he revealed.

The ensemble cast of Mirzapur Season 3 brings back many familiar faces along with some intriguing new additions. Ali Fazal will once again portray Guddu Pandit, with Pankaj Tripathi returning as Kaleen Bhaiya. Shweta Tripathi will reprise her role as Golu Gupta, while Rasika Dugal will come back as Beena Tripathi. Vijay Varma will also return but only time will tell whether as Chote or Bade Tyagi.

One significant absence is Divyenndu, who played the iconic Munna Bhaiya. However, the season is speculated to introduce a crossover element, with Jitendra Kumar from Panchayat Season 3 making a special appearance.
