Police are seeking a man who threatened and abused a pregnant woman on a District Line Tube after knocking into her.

The man abused two women as they headed home eastbound on the District Line at around 10.45pm on May 26 after he sat down and knocked into the pregnant woman, spilling a drink down himself.

She told him to mind what he was doing.

He then became abusive towards her and another woman, making threats towards them and shouting derogatory comments at them both, a British Transport Police spokesperson said.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information that could help their investigation.

Anyone who recognises him or has any other information, is being asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 754 of 27 May.

Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
