    Pink forced to cancel her upcoming concert after doctor issues warning

    Pink has been forced to cancel her Wednesday night concert after being issued a warning by medics.

    The singer was set to perform at Wankdorf Stadium in Bern, Switzerland, on Wednesday, July 3. Pink was forced to cancel the concert on "doctors advice" after undergoing a " medical examination ." She is currently on her Summer Carnival tour.

    The promoter said in a statement: "It is with great regret that we have to cancel Pink's concert on Wednesday, 3 July at the Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. Due to illness and after a thorough medical examination, the performance has to be cancelled on doctor’s advice." They continued: "Unfortunately, the concert cannot be rescheduled due to the current tour planning."

    Tickets are to be returned at the place of purchase and refunds will be offered. The promoter also wrote: "We deeply regret the circumstances and thank you for your understanding. We wish Pink a speedy and full recovery."

    The So What? hitmaker is set to perform on Saturday, July 24, in Copenhagen, Denmark. No signs of the singer having to reschedule the Saturday show.

    Due to "family medical issues" and her own "respiratory infection" in North America, Pink was forced to postpone her appearances last year. The Never Gonna Not Dance Again singer was forced to postpone a performance in Arlington due to a sinus infection.

    She told fans at the time: "I’m very sorry to report that I have come down with a bad sinus infection, and the doctor advised me not to perform tonight. I am so disappointed. You know I do everything in my power to never miss a show."

    Pink is known to perform aerial aerobics while singing and interacting with the crowd during her high-energy concerts. She has stunned her fans with her talent and ability to stay on beat and lose her breath. Pink is a mother of two, Willow and Jameson. who she shares with her husband Carey Hart. She released her first album, Can't Take Me Home, in 2000, which featured songs like Most Girls, You Make Me Sick, and There You Go. Pink has been nominated for 21 Grammys and won three.
