    These are the best colleges in Florida, report says

    TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Several colleges in Florida are considered the “best” in the United States, according to a new analysis from Money.

    The analysis showcased the country’s top 745 colleges based on graduation rates, cost of attendance, financial aid, alumni salaries and more.

    “There isn’t one “best” college for every student, but our star ratings can help you build a list of standout schools that fit your budget,” Money said.

    Out of the hundreds of schools that made the list, 17 are in Florida.

    Here is a look at the “best” schools in Florida, according to Money.

    The University of Florida was the highest-rated Florida school, receiving five stars. The University of South Florida, the University of Central Florida, Florida International University and Florida State University each received 4.5-star ratings.

    According to Money, the University of Miami was the most expensive school in the Sunshine State. Attending the school at full price would cost an estimated $82,100. The cheapest school in Florida was New College of Florida, where the estimated full price was $22,500.
