Kelly Clarkson Crushes A Cover Of John Michael Montgomery’s “Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)”

Now this is the cover I never knew I needed. Last week, Kelly Clarkson did an awesome cover of John Michael Montgomery's "Sold (The Grundy County Auction Incident)," and while it was a bit of an unexpected song choice, I need her to start doing way more 90's country covers. Of course, the song was written by Richard Fagan and Robb Royer and released as the lead single to John Michael Montgomery's 1995 self-titled album. It was named Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks' #1 single for 1995, and obviously became an all-time classic 90's country song that fans still know and love to this day. Kelly is known to cover the heck outta some country pretty often on her show The Kelly Clarkson Show, but this just hits different and I can't get enough.
