Dach worked on Lamont’s 2018 campaign and has served in his office since January 2019, when he began his first term.

According to Lamont’s office, Dach resigned as chief of staff in anticipation of a move out of state and will continue as a senior advisor to the governor.

Brokman most recently served as senior advisor to the governor, a role he began at the start of Lamont’s second term in January 2023. He previously served as chief of staff for House Majority Leader Jason Rojas from January 2021 to January 2023 and as chief of staff for former Speaker of the House Joe Aresimowicz from May 2018 to December 2020. He was also director of policy, communications, and outreach in the Connecticut House Democrats Office from January 2017 to April 2018.
