    UPDATE: DMV services restored after statewide outage

    (EL PASO COUNTY, Colo.) — The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder (EPC Clerk and Recorder) said as of 11:30 a.m. the state’s system was back up and running and all DMV services have resumed.

    The El Paso County Clerk and Recorder, (EPC Clerk and Recorder) posted an announcement on its X page (formally known as Twitter) that the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) system was down as of Tuesday, July 2, around 10 a.m.

    According to the EPC Clerk and Recorder, there is a statewide outage of the system, causing the DMV to suspend services until the state can fix the issue.
