RFK Jr. Doesn’t Deny Groping Allegation in Wild Interview: ‘I Have So Many Skeletons in My Closet’

Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was the subject of a buzzy profile in Vanity Fair that exposed several unsavory stories from his past. While appearing on the Breaking Points podcast, Kennedy addressed some, but not all of the wild anecdotes.

Breaking Points co-host Sagaar Enjeti posted an excerpt from the full interview with Kennedy, in which he gave the candidate a chance to respond to what was written in the article . Namely, the photo of him holding up and eating what was alleged to be a barbecued dog. Kennedy called the article “a lot of garbage,” but did directly answer the question of what animal he was holding: “It’s actually me eating a goat in Patagonia.”

But when asked about the sexual assault allegations by a former babysitter, Kennedy did not want to comment:

Kennedy: Listen, I’ve said this from the beginning. I’m not a church boy. I am not running like that. I said in my… I had a very, very rambunctious youth. I said in my announcement speech that I have so many skeletons in my closet that if they if they could all vote, I could run for king of the world. So, you know, Vanity Fair is recycling 30-year-old stories. And, I’m not, you know, going to comment on the details of any of them, but it’s, you know, I am who I am.

Enjeti: You’re talking there about the nanny situation. I mean, I do have to ask, sir, I mean, are you denying it or not?

Kennedy: I’m not going to comment on it.

Enjeti: All right. Well, I gave you the opportunity. And officially, it’s a goat.
