We’ll have another hot and humid day on Friday. Our highs will be in the middle 90s. Our heat index could be in the upper 90s to low 100s. Be careful if you are working or playing outside. Scattered thunderstorm chances will increase to 40%.

It will be hot and steamy on Saturday with highs in the middle 90s. Our feels like temperatures will be in the upper 90s to low 100s. Play it safe if you will be enjoying the outdoors on Saturday. Stay hydrated. Scattered thunderstorm chances climb to 60%.

Sunday will be muggy and hot with feels like temperatures around 100 degrees. Our actual high temperature on Sunday will be in the lower 90s. Scattered thunderstorm chances are at 50%.

In the tropics, a strong Hurricane Beryl will march across the Caribbean Sea. Early Friday, we could see landfall in Mexico. Whatever is left of Beryl could move into the Gulf of Mexico late Friday night or early Saturday morning. Long-range models are suggesting that whatever is left of Beryl could reach south Texas on Sunday.
