David Neil, 74

Loveland, CO - David D. Neil, 74, passed away on June 6, 2024, in Loveland, Colorado. Dave was born December 17, 1949, in Grand Forks, ND. Dave grew up on the family farm in East Grand Forks and left after graduation to attend college at Marquette, Assumption Abbey, and UND. Dave worked in health care as a respiratory therapist and retired as a director of cardiopulmonary for the VA. He loved motorcycle riding, fishing and camping. He was the proud founder and president of the Bull Run Riders. An annual event, The Bull Run, was always well attended. He is survived by his wife Liz, who was the love of his life, of 27 years together along with his children, Jenni, Sara, Nate (Laurie), Amanda (Chad), Stephen, and Lisa (Travis). Dave is also survived by siblings, Duane (Jason), Jerry (Colly), Larry (Kathy), and Kathy (Bill). A celebration of life is planned from 1–4 p.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2024, at the farm located at 44261 120th St SW, East Grand Forks. A00003B2024JY03
