LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — The Michigan Department of State is hosting the first “I Voted’ sticker contest for the state of Michigan for this upcoming election season.

Michiganders can vote for their Top 3 favorite sticker submission from each of three categories:

    • Elementary/Middle School
    • High School
    • General (open to all members of the public)

Over 480 submissions were received from around the state, and the top 25 submissions per category are available for online public voting.

Finalists will be selected via online voting open to the public, which closes on July 31 at 11:59 p.m. Winners will be announced in August, and the winning stickers will be available for election clerks to order for the November election.

To vote, visit the Department of State’s website here.
