While speaking to British Vogue, she opened up about her relationship with Bradley - which first occurred when she was 21 and the Hangover actor was 38. She went through immense heartbreak afterward, writing songs like Brutally which includes the lyrics: "It's just the way it's meant to be/Now your love's no good for me."

She commented that the break up was "dark and difficult" for her. Suki told British Vogue : "I really will say that I’m pretty strong at this point, but when something very public happens to you and the story behind it is dark and difficult, and you’re actually not doing well, and you can’t explain yourself to the world, that’s very isolating and disorientating."

"It probably has taken a decade to work myself out and actually be able to have this expansion in my life," she continued. The star said that if someone told her back then that she would be okay now: "I wouldn't have believed you."

Even after all the heartbreak and tears, the Daisy Jones and the Six star doesn't regret a thing. "I wouldn’t take anything back," she said.

"I wake up in the morning feeling really great. I’ll probably go down again at some point, that’s just how it works," she continued, "But you wear your scars and if you can take them and build them into something and share them, then that’s the ultimate."
