    Midlands

    James C. Harrison III and Coleman Davis of Cypress Commercial and Investment Real Estate represented the seller in the sale of 12,000 square feet of office space at 7464 Woodrow St. in Irmo for $1,825,000.


    Tombo Milliken, Tom Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold 64.2 acres on Creek Mill Road in the town of North for $359,000.


    Tom Milliken, Tombo Milliken and Nelson Weston of NAI Columbia sold 13 acres at 1049 Swygert Road in Blythewood for $100,000.


    Bruce Harper of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the lease of a 10,500-square-foot industrial building at 3373 N.W. 10th St. in Ocala, Fla.


    Braden Shockley, Roger Winn and Will McGregor of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 4,364-square-foot office space at 1010 Gervais St. in Columbia.


    Macon Lovelace of Trinity Partners represented the tenant in the leasing of a 2,021-square-foot office space at 3600 Forest Drive in Columbia.


    Roger Winn, Paul Hartley and Braden Shockley of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in the leasing of a 4,213-square-foot office space at 140 Stoneridge Drive in Columbia.

    Lowcountry

    Julia Donovan and Brent Case of Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic represented the tenant, Old Li’s, in the lease of 6,275 square feet of retail space at 4951 Centre Pointe Drive in North Charleston. Charles M. Fitzhenry II of Realty Link represented the landlord, Hamilton Chase-Citadel LLC. Old Li’s, an authentic Chinese restaurant, is scheduled to open in late 2024.


    Vitr Ravenel Stephens of Harbor Commercial Partners represented the tenant, Caliente Dance Studio LLC, in the lease of 1,000 square feet of retail space in Unit B at 1037 Anna Knapp Blvd. in Mount Pleasant to 1037 Anna Knapp Blvd LLC. Andrew Patterson of Conyers Advisors represented the landlord.
