Kourtney Kardashian confirmed that she is “co-sleeping” with her youngest son, Rocky, after receiving mixed reviews for doing the same with two of her other children.
“*been co-sleeping safely since 2009, I still love reading/listening to more safe co-sleeping tips and hearing about the benefits,” she wrote over the photo.

In the book, the author discussed why co-sleeping is often considered “unsafe” and dove into “common misconceptions” about the practice.
Co-sleeping has been a controversial topic for years, with KidsHealth.org writing that it can “increase the chance of suffocation, strangulation, and SIDS.” However, other professionals theorize it can create a “stronger bond” between parent and baby.
Kardashian previously revealed that her and Travis Barker’s son has “never been in his crib.” Kourtney Kardashian/Instagram The Lemme founder also co-slept with son Mason and daughter Penelope. kourtneykardash/Instagram
“She’s slept with me every day since she was born and pretty much still does,” she said on Dear Media’s “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast in October 2022.

Kardashian clarified that Penelope would occasionally sleep at sister Khloé or Kim Kardashian’s home, but “besides that,” they’re in bed together.
However, it’s unclear if Penelope has continued co-sleeping with her mom after she gave birth to Rocky last November.
Her eldest son, Mason, also opted for her bed until he was 7 years old.
“I remember going through times of trying to get him to sleep in his own bed. Many nights he would start off in his room and make his way into ours. I eventually embraced a family bed and followed his lead for when he was ready to sleep in his room,” she wrote in a blog post on her Poosh website .

When the reality star gave birth to her youngest child with Disick, Reign, she “decided to have him sleep in his own room from the start” because she and the Talentless founder, 41, were already sleeping with their other two kids.
Kardashian has defended the benefits of co-sleeping, writing in the same blog post that she gets “a better and longer night’s sleep and more time together as a family.”
“As a working mom, if I didn’t have much time with my babies during the day, at least I knew we’d have our nights together,” she explained.
