In the age of social media, you need to know the best ways to capture good pictures of your pets. Good pictures get likes, and every like is one step closer to your pet becoming famous and paying all the bills, right?

If you're interested in finding the best way to take the sweetest videos of your dog, one Pug mom definitely found a great option. On Monday, July 1st, she shared her wisdom with everyone else (along with the awesome results):

Lou Lou the Pug and her little sister Mosy are photogenic at all times, but this slow motion footage definitely helps. They're perfect in every way!

The Pug in this video is Mosy, and her sister, Lou Lou, is somewhat of a star. A few months ago, Lou Lou went viral because her mom posted about how it genuinely looks like she's aging backwards , and she's right. At ten years old, she looks even younger than her little sister!

Mosy and Lou Lou both know how to have a good time, though, and a good time for them almost always involves hanging out with their mom. The weather is nice, and everybody is ready for summer Pug pics... but getting a Pug to sit still is surprisingly hard! Luckily for them, their mom had an idea - attach a ribbon to your phone, turn it upside down, and allow your dog to chase it around!

More Tips to Catching Good Pictures of Restless Dogs

Dogs don't really understand the concept of pictures (unless they're a cool selfie-taking Golden Retriever ), so it can be hard to try to get them to sit still. If you're anything like me, you just catch your dog looking cute and say a prayer while you run to get your phone. Breathe too heavily and you've ruined it!

Instead of begging a higher power that your pup stays still , you should try:

    1. Saying their favorite words (this might even get you a cute head tilt!)
    2. Taking a bunch of photos at once.
    3. Taking a video instead of pictures so that you can take screenshots.
    4. Making sitting still a part of their training anyway with words like "selfie!"
    5. If Live Photos are an option, always have it on so you can capture a few moments and screenshot the best one.

Photographing dogs is hard, but it can work. When it comes to Mosy and Lou Lou, the sillier the better - and nothing is sillier than this slo-mo clip!
