The Parents of Jonathan Keijer’s Kids ‘Pleaded with the Judge’ to Stop Him From Donating More Sperm

It’s a parent’s worst nightmare. Jonathan Jacob Meijer is a serial sperm donor and his actions have far dire consequences to the population. The Man With 1000 Kids is a three-part docuseries where it investigates a charming Dutch scammer, Meijer, who has deceived mothers into having his babies on a mass scale.

Meijer is estimated to have at least 500 kids or upwards to over 1,000. The New York Times reported that in addition to more than 100 children in his native Netherlands, Meijer has offspring in Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Mexico, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United States. As to why this could wreak havoc, Meijer’s kids could be attracted to one another without knowing that he’s their father— leading to incestuous relationships and offspring.

Jonathan Meijer Just Responded to The Man with 1000 Kids Documentary--'Little Group of Bullies'

In 2017, Meijjer was taken to court by parents of the children and was ordered to stop donating or else he would be fined  €100,000 ($110,000) per violation. “Fifty families made impact statements to the court about his lies, and pleaded with the judge that he stop,” a statement read to BBC. “So this continued platform for Jonathan to talk about it being a handful of women is completely untrue.”
